About Us
Our business, established in 2005 in the UK, began as a Sunday market stall where we sold handmade handicrafts to local shoppers. As we expanded our product range, we outgrew our stall and moved to a store in a shopping center. We were successful there for five years, building a base of loyal repeat customers. We were then encouraged to set up an online store, leading to the creation of our eBay store, JM Fun Box. The initials JM represent my name, and we strive to offer fun and enjoyable items for all to enjoy.

Shipping
We chose the most trustworthy Royal Mail as our courier. We aim to dispatch your item(s) within 1-2 working days. The standard delivery method is second class delivery, you can expect to receive the item within 2-3 working days after dispatch. However you can upgrade to express delivery prior to check out. We ship worldwide, you can see estimated delivery date on eBay. We can provide express worldwide service, please contact us for a quota request. We can provide combined shipping service to UK and worldwide customers: 50% off the postal cost for the second item; if purchased 3-4 items, 50% off for the total postage; FREE postage for more than 5 items (Overseas please contact us for more information).
Terms
Please let us know if you are still waiting for your item after 15 days (UK) or 30 days (international) and we will process this further for you. Please let us know if there is a problem with the item, we will require you to upload a picture on eBay so we can resolve the problem at the earliest convenience.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receipt. All return items must be unused with its original tags and package. We will inspect all the return items, used items are neither refundable nor exchangeable and you will be liable to pay postage to return the item to you.
